Roberta West on using Ads to Market Your Blog
SHOW NOTES: Episode 122
Have you used ads to market your blog? We have Roberta West on to share more about how to use ads. Roberta is a writer and consultant who helps part-time entrepreneurs design automated digital products so they can create multi-income and money freedom. She is bringing tips for you to put into practice today.
Roberta shares her story of her transition from a corporate 9 to 5 to the world of digital products with no prior experience in the digital world. She took a leap of faith, created her first course and has seen success in the advertising space.
Roberta shares her approach to Meta ads.
She emphasizes the importance of understanding the algorithm and allowing time for your ads to mature. By focusing on engagement ads, she was able to teach the algorithm to find people interested in her brand and offer. This strategy is perfect for beginning, allowing you to start with a small daily budget and gradually scale as you gain traction.
Roberta shares more about starting with the offer, not the product. By understanding the needs of your audience first, you can craft a sales page and then develop a program that delivers on that promise. This allows you to create solutions that your audience is actively seeking rather than creating a product and hoping to find the right people.
Throughout our conversation, Roberta stressed the significance of testing content, building an email list, and approaching content creation as a learning journey.
She encourages you to trust your instincts while also running tests and not getting discouraged by immediate results. Patience and consistency are key! Tune in to hear all of the wisdom that Roberta has to share!
