Integration over balance in blogging
SHOW NOTES: Episode 44
On today’s episode, we want to dive into balance. As entrepreneurs, the term “work-life balance” comes up often. Is that something that can actually exist in our lives? Today we are sharing more about this and how we can use the term “integration” instead. This means integrating all of the different hats your wear in your life as a business owner, blogger, mama, full-time employee, etc.
This looks different for each of us. The way that we each run our lives and integrate the things that are important to us looks so different and that’s ok. Remember it’s impossible to be perfect in every single area all of the time. Integration looks like some things taking the forefront of your attention on some days and not feeling guilty about that. We all have so many hats that we wear and it’s important to weave those areas together rather than trying to feel like you have to be “perfect” in every area every day.
